This platform gathers all the information and tools necessary for your participation at EMD 2023 as an exhibitor.

You can navigate the platform through the menu : 

  •  HOME :  in this tab you will find your deadlines, with the possibility to add them to your personal agenda.
  •  MY STAND : in this tab you will be able to confirm the order for the chosen stand, your additional orders (ORDER), send us your web and printable content (CONTENT), and finally send us detailed contact information of persons/vehicles that will access your stand during the setup and dismantling of your stand (ACCESS).
  •  INFORMATION : in this tab you will find all the information needed for your attendance as exhibitor, rules of the exhibition, access map ...
  •  MY PROFILE : in this tab you will find your contact information.
  •  Q&A : in this tab you will find a list of questions and answers, as well as a contact form if necessary.


The European Maritime Day (EMD) 2023 is taking place as a full physical event, in Brest, France, on 24-25 May 2023.

The European Maritime Day 2023 is being organised by the European Commission, the City of Brest, the Secretariat General for the Sea and the Region of Bretagne.

Details about your stand are available in MY STAND page, importante dates : 

  • Before the 24 April 2023 : please confirm your stand package choice and eventual extra orders, in your ORDER page
  • Before the 24 April 2023 : in order to present your stand in the Exhibition page of the EMD 2023 website, please download your logo and describe shortly your stand/company in your CONTENT page
  • Before the 24 April 2023 : in order to have the name of your stand/company printed on your stand, please complete the information in your CONTENT page 
  • Before the 12 May 2023 : In order to grant you and your staff, access to the exhibition during setup and dismantling days/times, please fill in contact details information, in the ACCESS page
